What is the reheating instruction for Mooks™ and butter mochi squares?

Storage: Please keep in freezer to maintain fresh quality. This can last up to 2-3 weeks.

Reheating:

Air Fryer: 250F° for 6-8 minutes

Toaster/ Oven: 275F° for 8-10 minutes

Caution: Contents will be HOT!

What is a Mook™?

Mook/Mooks™ a.k.a Mochi Filled Cookie. It is a shortbread style cookie filled with Mochi (Rice Flour) filling.

What is the Refund Policy?

We can fully cancel and refund an order if it’s within 2 days after placing an order. If after, it may be a case by case scenario, we are unable to fully refund.

Note that we are unable to refund if cancelled on day of pick up/ nationwide shipping. Only because the goodies have already been made. Please keep in mind that we are only a small business. Cancelling orders on the day of will waste the labor, effort, and cost of goods.

Do you do catering or event orders?

Yes, we do! We have catered for birthday parties, wedding receptions, grand opening and more!

What are gluten free on your menu?

Our Basque Mochi Cheesecake, Brown Sugar Torched Mochi, Butter Mochi Squares, and Ube Mochi Filled Cookies (pre-order request only) are all gluten free by ingredients only.
