Shipping

We utilize UPS for shipping and dispatch shipments between Mondays and Wednesdays. Our shipping method is Priority 2-Day, as our products are non-perishable. You'll receive a notification with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please note that if you place an order on a Thursday or later, it will roll over to the following Monday for shipment. This timeframe allows us the necessary window to bake and prepare your mochi orders. eat@theboiis.com

Returns

For our baked and non-perishable goodies, returns are not applicable. However, if there's a mistake or complaint about your order, please promptly email us at eat@theboiis.com with attached images for assistance. Please note, for non-baked-goods, returns may be applicable on a case-by-case basis.
