Shipping

We utilize UPS for shipping and dispatch shipments between Mondays and Wednesdays. Our shipping method is Priority 2-Day, as our products are non-perishable. You'll receive a notification with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please note that if you place an order on a Thursday or later, it will roll over to the following Monday for shipment. This timeframe allows us the necessary window to bake and prepare your mochi orders.

Returns

For our baked and non-perishable goodies, returns are not applicable. However, if there's a mistake or complaint about your order, please promptly email us at eat@theboiis.com with attached images for assistance. Please note, for non-baked-goods, returns may be applicable on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges
